![]() Thanks a bunch everyone!!! Some day I WILL have a Third Gen. You have more experience with restoration, seeing that your cars are in some cases ten years older than mine. If I had a Third Gen I think I'd be in trouble as I have to drive this car through the craziest ice and snow!!! But anyway, in many cases you guys are much more helpful on this forum than some of the Fourth Gen forums. Although I still had to put a good $1.5K of age-related repairs into her, she is now my daily driver due to circumstances that have arised. So I opted for a Fourth Gen that in theory shouldn't need as much work. But had to be honest with myself, right now I just cannot afford to put a lot of work into an old car. Thanks a bunch!!! BTW, if you have a 97, why are you on a 3rd gen forum, 4th gens got there own forums, just wondering? That is a fair question and I don't mind answering!!! Just not sure what to use that will withstand the heat and getting jostled while driving. Realice el paso 5 que tu mencionas y se efectuo. I was thinking some kind of putty, fill the cracks, sand it down, and paint it. Is it possible to fix a cracked dash or do you just have to buy a new one? Are they difficult to take out? I've done some minor repairs myself and my father has repaired busted grills so I'm thinking maybe we can fix this. ![]() Ok I don't have a Third Gen, I'm poor and had to buy a Fourth Gen. ![]()
